They ensure that every assessment is thorough, strength based, and evidence-based and provide professional recommendations to local authorities and the courts.
Family Support Workers – The Family Support Worker supports vulnerable parents and their babies within a Parenting Assessment Unit. They work directly with young and at-risk parents to develop parenting skills, promote independent living, and ensure the safety and well-being of both parent and child.
Night Support Workers – We provide 24/7 coverage to ensure continuous safety and support for families that arise outside daytime schedules especially during overnight hours.
SPECIALIST SERVICES
Dedicated Health Visitor – Our in-house health visitor plays a vital role in monitoring the health and development of infants and young children. They provide expert advice on infant care, nutrition, and child development, ensuring that parents have the knowledge and resources to meet their child’s needs.
Specialist Psychologist & Psychiatrist – Mental health and well-being are crucial aspects of parenting. Our specialist psychologist and psychiatrist assess and support parents with mental health needs, providing tailored interventions, therapeutic support, and referrals where necessary.
Qualified Play Therapist – Recognizing the importance of play in a child's emotional and psychological development, our qualified play therapist works with children to help them express their emotions, build resilience, and develop secure attachments with their parents.
Our professional team works collaboratively to provide holistic, evidence-based assessments and support, ensuring that families receive the highest level of care and intervention. Through our expertise and person-centred approach, we strive to empower parents, enhance parenting capacity, and promote positive outcomes for children.
